Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT
Florida sales tax (7%) will be applied to your total. We accept cash, check, credit card, and bank ACH payments.
A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and selected theme. The remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to your scheduled event. Failure to submit final payment by this time may result in cancellation of your event and forfeiture of your booking deposit. All payments secure your event date, preparation time, and inventory allocation, and are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Pitched Perfect Party Co. does not offer refunds for cancellations. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the event of an emergency, we are happy to offer a one-time reschedule to a new date based on availability.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable damage deposit of $50–$100 will be included on all invoices, depending on the size of your event and selected add-ons. If no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of inventory pickup.
Clients are responsible for the care of all rental items during the event. Any items that are lost, excessively soiled, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges equal to the cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement. All rental items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Please avoid using materials that may stain or damage inventory, including (but not limited to) markers, paint, nail polish, makeup, colored drinks, slime, or food within the tents. For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted on beds or inside teepees at any time.
EVENT SPACE & SETUP REQUIREMENTS
An adult (18+) must be present at both setup and pickup. The designated celebration area must be clean, cleared of furniture, and ready prior to our arrival. Our team is unable to move furniture. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a setup if the space is not prepared upon arrival; adequate space is not available; environmental or safety concerns are present. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. We are happy to assist with layout planning in advance—just send us a photo and measurements of your space.
DELIVERY & TRAVEL
Delivery within a 25-mile radius of Coral Springs, FL is included. Locations outside of this area will incur a travel fee of $2.40 per mile. Delivery and pickup windows are estimated timeframes and may vary based on routing, traffic, and scheduling.
ENVIRONMENT
All setups must be in a clean, safe, smoke-free, and pet-free environment.
Food, drinks, pets, makeup, slime, and any staining materials are not permitted inside the teepees.
AIRBNB, HOTEL & SHORT-TERM RENTAL BOOKINGS
Events hosted at Airbnb properties, hotels, or other short-term rental locations are welcome, but require additional coordination and responsibility on the part of the client. The client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from the property owner, host, hotel, or management company prior to booking. This includes confirming that sleepover setups, décor, and vendor services are permitted under the property’s rules. A confirmed access window that aligns with our scheduled delivery time is required. Pitched Perfect Party Co. is not responsible for delays caused by check-in times, cleaning schedules, host or front desk coordination, elevator access, or other property-related restrictions.
A short-term rental coordination fee will be applied to all Airbnb, hotel, and rental property bookings due to the additional logistics and planning involved. In the event that the property becomes unavailable, inaccessible, or restricted within 72 hours of the scheduled setup time - including but not limited to cancellations, maintenance issues, or host decisions - we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change of location or reschedule, subject to availability. If the event cannot proceed as planned, a portion of the total booking may be retained to cover preparation, scheduling, staffing, and any custom or personalized materials already completed. Pitched Perfect Party Co. is not responsible for any decisions, restrictions, or cancellations made by the property owner, host, hotel, or third-party platform.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pitched Perfect Party Co. is not responsible for circumstances outside of our control that may impact the event, including but not limited to venue issues, weather, access limitations, third-party delays, or cancellations. By booking our services, the client assumes responsibility for all guests and the use of rental equipment during the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We may occasionally photograph setups for portfolio and promotional use. No identifying images of children will be used without permission.
